With a Diploma in Enrolled Nursing and a wealth of certifications, Lainey is not only an experienced and adaptable practitioner but is on a mission to give back and help individuals achieve their fullest potential in the community support sector.

Goals & Mission

Lainey’s mission is rooted in a strong sense of community and a desire to give back. Having experienced the support of others throughout her life, she is committed to helping individuals achieve their fullest potential. Through her work in the community support sector, she aims to contribute positively, fostering a sense of mutual growth and support.

Experience & Specialisation

Along with her Bichon Frise dog (Apollo), Lainey spends a lot of her time out in nature and at the beach. This love of the beach has led to Lainey being part of Surf Life Saving for 13 years, volunteering for patrols, teaching surf rescue to cadets, and actively participating in community events. Having been part of this community for the majority of her life, Lainey and her fellow surf life-saving volunteers have become one big family.

Having been fortunate enough to have travelled, Lainey enjoys embracing other cultures, visiting new places, and discovering new things about herself along the way.

Open to working with any respectful and welcoming client, Lainey’s professional approach is adaptable, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s needs, with a focus on achieving their desired outcomes.

Interests

Lainey’s interests range from outdoor activities like swimming, boogie boarding, and hiking to enjoying creative pursuits such as crafting and drawing. She has a keen enjoyment of board and card games, fostering connections and conversations.

Approach

Lainey approaches sessions with a calm and welcoming presence, adapting to the client’s comfort level. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel acknowledged and their needs accommodated. She believes in the power of small accomplishments leading to larger successes and often incorporates physical activities into sessions, whether it’s sitting for arts and crafts, walking along the beach, or engaging in hands-on activities.

Values & Qualities

Coming from a large and supportive family, Lainey understands the value of one-on-one time and the impact of nurturing passions. She respects individual boundaries, embraces change, and thinks creatively to achieve positive outcomes. Witnessing others achieve their goals brings her immense joy, and she’s dedicated to helping others take steps forward in their lives.

Lainey brings a wealth of experience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals, all while fostering a sense of community and support. We’re more than excited to have Lainey join the Back to Nature Ecotherapy team and can’t wait to see the outcomes she can achieve with her clients.
