Goal & Mission

Michelle’s mission is to empower her clients to recognise their exceptional selves hidden beneath life’s challenges. She’s committed to helping individuals discover the healing power of nature and unlock their full potential.

Experience & Specialisation

Michelle specialises in working with women and teens who are navigating issues such as identity, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and the pursuit of balance and joy. She also offers support and guidance to individuals with neurodiversity and disabilities in their journey towards understanding, purpose, and meaning. Her approach combines creative exploration using nature’s elements, bodily connection, nature immersion, lifestyle coaching, and self-support techniques, providing practical steps and actions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Approach

Michelle’s intuitive capacity to discern each client’s unique needs is one of her most valuable qualities. She adapts her approach accordingly, whether it involves enthusiastic encouragement to instigate change or providing a calm, grounded presence during moments of emotional intensity. Her approach combines creative exploration using nature’s elements, somatic connection, nature immersion, lifestyle coaching, and self-support techniques. These methods provide practical steps and actions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Physical activity is central to Michelle’s wellness routine, and she incorporates activities like hiking, tree climbing, swimming, and more into sessions when appropriate.

Interests

Outside of work, Michelle is a home herbalist and enjoys creating her own teas and soothing balms, emphasizing the healing power of nurturing and harvesting from nature.
