Tim Roberts

Tim believes in the power of nature, creativity and self-expression to bring about understanding and connection.

Throughout his career, Tim has had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, in various roles and settings. Tim has worked in education support, as an arts mentor, youth counsellor, and meditation teacher; all while working as a professional musician and artist.

Tim has developed a compassionate and non-judgmental counselling style, weaving meditation and creativity into a down-to-earth, person-centred approach.

Tim values honesty and believes that true understanding can only be achieved through open and authentic communication. He is deeply curious and is always looking to learn more about himself and those he comes into contact with

Tim’s personal interests are visual art, electronic music, gardening, sports, meditation, yoga, and spending time in nature.

As a counsellor, my purpose is to support and empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives”

By incorporating creativity, mindfulness and meditation, Tim supports individuals to become more present and aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Tim’s goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for people to explore and process their experiences, while encouraging those he interacts with to live their lives with greater fulfilment and purpose.
